Seasons Federal Credit Union is a community-based, member-owned financial institution that has been serving members in Middlesex and New Haven Counties for 81 years.
With more than 19,000 members, Seasons FCU wanted a new website that was easier to manage internally and that fulfilled the company goal of providing members with a memorable banking experience, both in person and online.
Web Solutions built a new site in its proprietary Content Management System v4 with a fresh new design and user-friendly navigation. The new site features clearly organized information on Seasons’ many financial products and services, including its Kasasa checking and savings accounts; Visa credit cards; home, auto and personal loans; member benefits and eligibility; and its new Interactive Teller Machines, which give members a way to conduct self-service transactions with the ability to connect to a Virtual Specialist through a two-way video conversation.
