Northeast Laboratories is an industry leader in analytical testing, with a fully equipped laboratory offering a comprehensive range of services including chemical, physical, nutritional, and microbiological testing of water, food, marijuana, and many other products.
The company wanted a new website to give the general public information about the testing services it offers, as well as present clients with helpful resources. “Our goal was to supply up-to-date information on our laboratory to answer many of the questions we consistently get asked, and offer a place to download necessary forms,” said Erin Stevenin, lab technician and social media coordinator at Northeast Laboratories.
Web Solutions built a new website in its custom Content Management System v4, with a fresh design, an updated logo, comprehensive information on different types of testing, and a library of downloadable forms.
“Our favorite feature on the new website is the accordion menu," said Stevenin. "This format allows us to create a list of tests that hides descriptions unless someone clicks to expand it. We love how this format can include large amounts of information in a small space without overwhelming visitors to the website.”
“The Web Solutions team was extremely helpful throughout the entire process," said Stevenin. “Changes we requested were completed in a very short time frame. The Web Solutions team even reached out to Google Analytics for us in order to recover an old account we had lost access to. The team exceeded our expectations.”
