Connecting to Care is a statewide learning collaborative that provides training and support to care providers, parents, and educators to help deliver services to families with children experiencing mental health or behavioral issues.
The program is based on the wraparound initiative, a holistic approach that puts the child and family at the center, surrounding them with a team of friends, family members, providers, and members of the community to provide support and help them achieve their goals.
The organization wanted a new website that was mobile-friendly and easier to update, and also wanted to rebrand the site from the existing WrapCT brand to Connecting to Care, which better represents the services they provide.
Web Solutions built a new WordPress website with an updated design, custom animations, an easy to use interface, and custom landing pages for WrapCT, Collaboratives, and Families.
The custom-build Collaboratives landing page includes an interactive map of Connecticut that site visitors can use to find which of the 25 collaboratives in the state most closely match their needs and location. Visitors can search for the nearest collaborative by clicking on a region or searching by town.
