Connecting to Care is a partnership led by the State of Connecticut to improve children’s behavioral health by building an accessible and coordinated system of care for children and their families.
The organization's scope had expanded over time, so it was looking for an updated website with a fresh look and clearer organization and flow.
The goal was to provide its main audiences—youth and families, child-serving providers, and wraparound care coordinators—with a go-to site to understand the children’s behavioral health system in CT and find resources.
Exposure built a new WordPress website with more engaging graphics as well as comprehensive and easy-to-find information.
